The GHL High Shear Granulator mixes powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder to become humid soft material, which is then cut by high-speed cutter/wings to produce uniform granules.

• Cylinder structure with rotor wings for high-speed wet granulation with high granulate density and particle stability
• Air filled seal shaft drive (can be changed to water during washing)
• Fluidized granulation produces ball-shaped granules with excellent flow ability
• Reduces adhesive usage by 18-25% compared to traditional processes with shorter drying time
• Mixing time: 2 minutes; Granulating time: 1-4 minutes (4-5 times more efficient than traditional processes)
